23 years ago today, I became a mamma to this sweet girl.***
grateful for all our times spent together.
the baking. the sewing. the talking. the running. the reading. the movies.
the piano playing. for hours while I rest on the couch.

grateful for a husband who adores her.
grateful for the friends in her life
who bring her tartine cinnamon rolls
and spoil her nicely
when our lives are too far apart for such things.

she is a creative.
she is determined.
she is tender and strong.
she is lovely.
she brings music into my world.
she is my daughter. She is my sweet Hannah.
